| The E-Z Anchor Puller is built from a Ramsey electric gear reducer. The reducer is cast aluminum with bronze gears running in oil. There is one set of reduction gears that drive a worm gear that the spool is mounted on. It has a large prestalite two direction motor with a solenoid that is standard in most electric shops. The size of an E-Z Anchor Puller that you need for your boat depends on the size of line and the amount of line that you would use. The pulling power is 300 lbs. |

The E-Z Anchor Puller does not cause your line to deteriorate. There is no maintenance on an E-Z Anchor Puller. The body of the power unit is cast aluminum, the solenoid cover is plastic, the brackets and base plate are 3/4" thick PVC plastic board. The spool is solid stainless steel. All bolts are stainless steel. The cover is molded fiberglass. This makes our puller very resistant to salt water. Ramsey Winch Co. warrants all Ramsey speed reducers. E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. Warrants all E-Z Anchor Puller parts. You will need a Bow Pulpit with a flat roller plus something to hold your anchor. The way our puller works is when the anchor is laying in the bow roller, you push the control button to the down position and the puller unwinds the line at about 125' per minute. When the anchor reaches the bottom you reverse your boat and let out as much line as required. When you do not touch the control the puller will not unwind no matter how hard you pull with your boat engines. To pull your anchor start the engine and run up on the line - pushing the button until the anchor is lifted onto the roller. That's all there is to it. Therefore, there is no need to get up or go away from your controls. |
| Our bow rollers are constructed of heavy P.V.C. plastic and are available in 15" and 32" lengths. |
