The E-Z Anchor Puller is built from an electric gear reducer. The reducer is cast aluminum with bronze gears running in oil. There is one set of reduction gears that drive a worm gear that the spool is mounted on. It has a large prestalite two direction motor with a solenoid that is standard in most electric shops. The size of an E-Z Anchor Puller that you need for your boat depends on the size of line and the amount of line that you would use. The pulling power is 300 lbs.
