Orders will ship same day if received by 5 PM. Please note: UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
All packages are routinely delivered within 2-3 business days when shipping to the 50 U.S. states (including Hawaii and Alaska) international shipping is available as well. E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS. Again, we cannot guarantee UPS delivery times and given days of delivery are only an approximation provided by UPS.
Once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the FedEx tracking system, we will do all we can to ensure that it arrives without unnecessary delay. However, E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co.cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen and avoidable delay while the package is in the care of UPS. Also, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or even an extra fee, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is on route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or if UPS charges the customer an extra fee.
All units must be signed for when they arrive at their destination, however, E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered. We strongly recommend that the customer track package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package once your package is shipped, so please refer to your UPS tracking number frequently!
The easiest way to calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. Freight costs are calculated based on UPS ground rate shipping and reflect the total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card info.
