We ship through UPS exclusively for fast and reliable shipping. Orders may take up to 2 business days for processing before shipping out via UPS delivery services. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time. Please note UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
All packages are routinely delivered within 3-7 business days when shipping to the 50 U.S states (including Hawaii and Alaska) international shipping is available as well. For a more detailed estimation, refer to UPS Shipping Map located below. Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times, as provided to us by UPS. For guaranteed delivery time ask for Express Next Business Day Air or Expedited 2nd Business Day Air shipping. E-Z Anchor Products does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO.
Tracking your Package
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS. Again, we cannot guarantee UPS delivery times and given days of delivery are only an approximation provided by UPS.
Once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the UPS tracking system, we will do all we can to ensure that it arrives without unnecessary delay. However, E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen and avoidable delay while the package is in the care of UPS. Also, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly even extra fee, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is on route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or if UPS charges the customer an extra fee.
The UPS driver at his discretion may choose to leave the package at the door. E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. cannot take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered. We strongly recommend that the customer track package frequently and that there be someone to receive the package when it arrives. Again, you can track your package on UPS.com. You will receive a tracking number and links for tracking your package once your package is shipped.
How do I find out what the cost is for shipping?
The easiest way to calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. Freight costs are calculated based on UPS rates and reflect the total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card info.
