If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. To guarantee your full refund, upon receipt and inspection of your returned unit, the unit must be in the same condition and in the same box as it was purchased in. The unit must be unused and still contain all of the original hardware and components in order for a full refund.

In the event of product failure or rebuilds outside of the warranty period we do our very best to keep costs down for the operator and provide exceptional customer service. Most warranty or repairs are performed at cost outside of the warranty period.
Terms & ConditionsE-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. provides a (7) year limited warranty on all anchor winches for pleasure boat / recreational usage, and a (3) one year limited warranty for those systems used on commercial or charter vessels.
The obligation under this warranty, statutory or otherwise, is limited to the replacement or repair at the manufacturer's factory, or at a point designated by the manufacturer, of such part that shall appear to the manufacturer, upon inspection of such part, to have been defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not obligate E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. to bear the cost of labor or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts, nor shall it apply to a product upon which repair or alterations have been made, unless authorized by manufacturer, or for equipment misused, neglected or which has not been installed correctly.
E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. shall in no event be liable for special or consequential damages.
E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co., whose policy is one of continuous improvement, reserves the right to improve its products through changes in design or materials as it may deem desirable without being obligated to incorporate such changes in products of prior manufacture.
If field service scheduled by E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. at the request of the Buyer is rendered and the fault is found not to be with E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co.'s product, the Buyer shall pay the time and expense to the field representative. Bills for service, labor or other expenses that have been incurred by the Buyer without approval or authorization by E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. will not be accepted.
The warranty and the contract between you and E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co., is subject to the following conditions and limitations:
1. The products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
2. If a product is suspected of being defective due to a manufacturing fault (defect in material or workmanship), you must within 7 days of noticing the suspected default return the product to E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co..
3. The warranty will be null and void if
a) The products are serviced, repaired or maintained improperly or by unauthorized persons, or irregularly.
b) Loss or damage is attributed to any act, matter or omission beyond the reasonable control of E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. .
4. E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co.’s liability shall be limited to repair or replacement (as determined by E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. in its absolute discretion) of the goods or parts defective in materials or workmanship.
5. This warranty does not cover and E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, harm or claim attributed to:
a) Use of the products in applications for which the products are not intended.
b) Corrosion, wear and tear and improper installation;
c) Unauthorized repair or modification;
d) Improper use of the product; and
e) Accident or natural disaster.
6. E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. will not be responsible for any freight or shipping charges associated with any warranty claims.
7. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties by E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. concerning the products implied by law are excluded.
8. To the extent permitted by law, all liability for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any type to any vessel, equipment or other property or persons, due to use or installation of E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. equipment is excluded.
9. No representative of E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. has authority to make any representation, promise or agreement to or with you, that is inconsistent with this warranty.
10. E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co. is not responsible for direct, consequential, incidental or special damages deriving from any defect covered by the guarantee or otherwise, this including lost profits, lost service, and any damage to or replacement of capital goods or property. In addition, the customer is not entitled to claim any refund for additional expenses or for the immobilization of the boat.
11. The buyer is responsible for all costs resulting from the removal and re-installation of the product.
12. Intervention under the guarantee does not result in entitlement to extension/renewal of the guarantee period.
13. Defective parts replaced under guarantee remain the property of E-Z Anchor Puller Mfg. Co.
14. The guarantee is recognized in any country where the product is sold, inside and outside the United States of America, according to the specific legal regulations in force.
The above replaces any other verbal or written information communicated to the purchaser.
